Terms and Conditions

1. All items shown in this catalogue are regular stock, ready for immediate delivery.

2. All prices subject to change without notice.

3. All information, specs and measurements provided are those of the manufacturer.
We are not responsible for any inconsistencies (physical or otherwise) between
given specs and actual products.

4. When ordering, please be sure to use the printed catalogue number to ensure the
proper item is shipped to you.

5. Due to fluctuations in fuel prices, a fuel surcharge may apply. This surcharge is non-deductible.

Non Returnable Items
-Any special order item (one not usually stocked by us)
-Any cut lengths (hose, rope, wire carpet, etc)

Returned Goods/Claims
Any returned goods MUST have been originally purchased from Brewers Marine Supply.
Merchandise must be returned in new, Saleable condition in the original factory packaging, freight
prepaid. All returns must have an RA number before processing.

In an effort to handle warranty claims more effectively, we wish to eliminate the need to return all products.
However, some manufacturers will still require the return of defective product. If you would like to return
warranty items for credit:

1) record the item numbers of the products to be returned and indicate the problem
with each product, “defective” is NOT an acceptable reason

2) record serial numbers where applicable, original bill of sale may be required

3) if possible, take a digital picture showing damage or defect

4) fax or email information (robin@brewersmarine.com)

5) when your authorization # is issued you will be instructed which products
can be disposed of and what must be returned to us.

6) You can either make your own shipping arrangements to return goods or
you can give them to your salesman.

**Warranties apply to product only. Freight costs are not included. **
**Returned goods freight is your responsibility.**

All returns MUST be authorized prior to return.
