Shortages/Damages
Any shipment shortage claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. All orders are
shipped F.O.B. our warehouse unless alternate arrangements have been made. The
Carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of goods and any claim for damage should
be made with the carrier.

Dangerous Goods
Any catalogue item marked with a “Danger” symbol is classified as dangerous goods and
is therefore subject to a shipping surcharge over and above the cost of normal freight.
This surcharge is not deductible.

Our Terms
All invoices are due net 30 days unless otherwise indicated on the invoice. Overdue balances are
subject to a 2% per month interest charged on the unpaid balance.
Shipments will not be processed for overdue accounts.

Freight Policy
All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse unless alternate arrangements have been made.
If you qualify for our Freight Policy your invoice must meet the following criteria:
1. your account is current
2. the invoice sub-total is over $200.00 (freight will be charged, and is then deductible if it qualifies)
3. extra charges will apply and are NOT deductible if the shipment: contains dangerous goods, requires
special shipping arrangements (saturday delivery, drop ship, air freight, tailgate charge etc) or long
lengths (over 6ft).

Please note: We are a wholesale distributor supplying the marine
industry. All orders received are subject to acceptance by Brewer’s Marine
Supply. Possession of this catalogue does not constitute authority to purchase.
