Halyard Lift Blocks
Leads external halyards, topping lifts and control line aft from mast base. Block is mounted to bisect
halyard load angle for maximum tensile strength. Delrin sheaves, for line halyards, contain UV inhibiting
additives to protect sheave from the damaging ultraviolet rays of the sun. Aluminum sheaves accommodate
both line and wire, providing a gentle surface for line and full wire support to prevent flattening.

Over the Top Blocks
Designed for bringing control lines over the forward edge of cabin houses, coamings, or rails. Ball Bearing
sheaves provide low friction support for lines that need to be bridged or lifted for a clean lead. Delrin
sheaves, for line halyards, contain UV inhibiting additives to protect sheave from the damaging ultraviolet
rays of the sun. Ball Bearing means free running control lines!

Exit Boxes
For more complex Halyard, reefing line, or outhaul configurations, Exit Boxes bring internally rigged lines out of the mast or boom
to the base of the spar or deck. This high strength, stainless design is fabricated with flared face plates to fit curved spars with an
approximate 3” radius. Hardcoat anodized sheaves accommodate line or wire and
ride on strong stainless spacers to handle high static halyard and reefing loads.
